- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The tellers at this branch, 5200 E. Texas st., Bossier City, LA, are discriminating and rude to the Asian customer. My wife went to this branch this morning around 9:45am, 4-30-2015, the two tellers were doing nothing and they did not greet my wife and let her wait for 10 minutes. My wife leaved the bank without getting any banking service done. My wife and I feel very unpleasant every time we visited this branch. I will give them a couple more chances before I close all my accounts with GBT. This incident can be verified with your recording from the camera.
