  I would give the people at my bank 5 stars. They are always courteous and kind and make an effort to say hello and call me by name EVERY day. Whoever trains these people does a great job! They are friendly. As for the corporate Chase people who keep changing rules and unlinking my accounts from each other and redesigning the website without any warning, and taking off my overdraft protection without my knowledge or consent, I give 1 star. I have banked here since the 80s when this was First National. I don't like to change banks because so many things are linked to my online accounts. I wish they could get it together and stop trying to dream up new ways to gouge us with fees. Please hire some more people too! One teller is not enough for a branch. I don't want to always have to do everyone else's job. Self service is getting a little ridiculous.
